This is part of a project for a local infant’s

school. This picture shows the nursery

school play area with concrete paths for

riding trikes etc and a central area of astro

turf for safe landing from the climbing frame.

To the left are small raised beds for the

children to develop their own gardening

skills and the remainder was laid to turf.

(Note how the quality of the real turf is so

high that there is no colour discrepancy

between that and the astro turf.)
